Principal/Senior Environmental Scientist
Wallace has 20 years of professional experience providing site planning services and preparing environmental documentation. Wallace has expert knowledge of federal and state regulatory policies related to wetland and waterway impacts, mitigation planning and land use.
Senior Wetland Scientist/Wildlife Biologist
Jack has extensive experience in environmental assessment involving wetland assessment and permitting, habitat assessment, plant surveys, bird surveys and wildlife research. His educational background has focused in the Pacific Northwest, providing him with expert knowledge of habitats and plant communities in this region.
Senior Wetland Scientist/Botanist
Patrick has 15 years of experience in wetland delineation, habitat assessment, conducting wildlife surveys and preparing Biological Assessments. Patrick's specialties include the assessment of rare plants endemic to the Pacific Northwest.
Kim joined ES&A in 2006. Kim has five years of experience conducting wetland delineations, critical areas inventories, stream habitat surveys, surface water sampling and preparing wetland delineation and natural resource assessment technical reports.
Jane joined ES&A in 2015. Her experience involves analysis of aquatic and upland habitats and natural resource economics. Jane assists ES&A staff with wetland delineation, stream restoration and wetland mitigation projects, and supports ES&A's marketing, report writing, and research efforts.
